Background
Ms. Crow began her career at the highly respected Boston trial firm of Parker, Coulter, Daley & White where she practiced law for 12 years before opening her own firm. Ms. Crow has 30 years of experience in the area of franchise, business and employment related matters. Her practice has an emphasis in drafting and enforcing franchising and business contracts, confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, company policies and procedures, franchise and employment manuals and handbooks. Ms. Crow has handled numerous matters involving enforcement of franchise agreements, claims of employment discrimination, harassment, copyright infringement, unpaid wages and unemployment compensation challenges. With her extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, Ms. Crow provides our firm with franchise, corporate and employment related litigation services.
