As a litigation attorney with Mobil Oil Company, Ms. Straus dealt specifically with antitrust, product liability and dealer franchise litigation. She drafted and negotiated complex franchise documents used by Exxon Mobil gasoline franchisees to build and operate new-to-industry gasoline service stations and convenience stores. Ms. Straus provides our firm with corporate, trademark and franchise litigation services.
